The Abnegator

Abnegator.jpg

Colette has lived a life of privilege contained within the Haven walls. The men of her people speak for the gods, but the gods aren’t talking. They haven’t whispered a word in over a hundred years.

The King of Thale is beginning to consider the Celestials worthless. He’s a man of faith though, so disposing of them himself would be too risky, but they are many others who would love to kill off Thale connections with the almighty.

So why not let them into the city? Watch as they pillage the Haven and slaughter every male. Down to a baby resting in his mother's lifeless arms. Why would the king want to stop them from taking the young girls and destroying the remaining purity of the Celestial bloodline?

Because the gods are watching in silence, as Thale cast itself into damnation, and Colette has struck a deal. One that’ll turn her into the mouthpiece for the gods and finally make her feel one with her body.
