Books are printed on-demand from Lulu.com. They are more expensive because they are not bulk printed, unfortunately. Amazon and Barnes & Nobel charge a commission—I earn a little over a dollar a book sold. Lulu does not, so I get Amazon and Barnes & Nobel's share as well ($5-$10). Lulu does charge for shipping.
